[lojban] Re: lujvo deconstruction



The problem is that, if you're not primed to pull them apart, you
shouldn't start from the left, but the right. I'll pick the longest
one that I can remember and use it as an example (though I dislike the
notion of the word itself).

Start at the RIGHT.

pre looks like a rafsi... let's check out the next set...
gle... also a rafsi, glepre can only be two rafsi... next...
cin... also a rafsi, cingle can only be two rafsi... next...
avy... obviously not a rafsi...
pav... definitely a rafsi, pav-y-cin can only be two rafsi... next...
mit... definitely a rafsi, mitpav can only be two rafsi... done!

What if we came across this?

re nu... not a rafsi...
prenu... hey, there's a gismu! We have our first rafsi...
*continue as normal*

Once you get the idea and know the patterns, it's easier to read it
from the left.
