[lojban] QuickDict v1.2

I'm really enjoying this little project so I'm spending a lot of time making fixes and whatnot.  This results in quick turn-around times.  If you're really not interested in this script, my apologies for the spam.

In this release I've incorporated the feedback that I got from 1.0 and 1.1.

I've also added a new feature or two.  I've attached the change notes if you're interested.

At some point here, I should think this might be beneficial to put up on lojban.org somewhere.  Maybe I'll save that for v2.0 when I port this thing to something that's cross-platform.

v1.2 - 11/03/2010
      - made a change that will hopefully fix bug where pressing the key combo 
           with no text selected causes a crash
      - switched the order of what gets shown in definition window for lujvo
           Now it shows gismu - gloss | gismu2 - gloss2 FIRST, and puts
           the vlasisku definition underneath that
      - changed default behavior for "tryvlasisku" to enabled
      - only the x button shows up (got rid of minimize and maximize buttons)
      - made some changes to how we determine the width and height of the window.
           It's still not perfect, but it's better.
      - moved the definition line up in the GUI so it no longer appears to have
           a blank line above the definition.
      - completely changed the behavior of the tray icon.  Now it has helpful
           shortcuts to things like vlasisku, "edit settings", and such.
          -  I'm taking requests on this front.  If you have a utility, webpage, or
             what-have-you that you'd like to show up as a shortcut in the tray of QD
             let me know and I can add it. (or maybe even make it configurable)
      - CTRL+<hotkey> will now always work.  e.g. If you have closemechanism=closebutton
           and forget to close the window, and then later hit CTRL+<hotkey> again
           to look up a new word, QD will know what you meant, close the old window
           and show you the new word's definition
      - Added "alwaysontop" as an option to settings.ini (1 for yes, 0 for no)

V1.1 - 11/02/2010
       added 3 different "modes" for closing the definition window.
       added support for cmavo clustering.  If something like "roroi" 
           is encountered, QuickDict will now look for an entry for 
           "roroi" in cmavo.txt
       added multi-line support.  Now definitions won't take up three monitors!
       added a feature to settings.ini.  Now you can tell QD to ask vlasisku
           for what it thinks of a lujvo (and still tell you the component gismu)
