I think that's why he said to copy/paste it into an editor.  Notepad works fine if you have it at the default font.

I'm a great enthusiast of songs in Lojban (although I'm a terrible
songwriter and my Lojban is clunky and childish, so I seldom get
anywhere with it). Unfortunately email line wrapping is not helping
the readability of your parallel translation layout. Could you perhaps
post a nice text file on the internet somewhere?
