[lojban] {ziltau} vs {taurpau}

We had a long discussion on IRC about {ziltau} to be the generic word
for part of a tanru.

At that time the decision was to use {ziltau} but I'm still not sure.
I remember that one of the arguement was that {ziltau} was the term
used in the grammar but I couldn't find it in the BNF (neither in the
PEG) grammar.

On the other hand, {taurpau} suggested by Pierre seems a very sensible lujvo.

Could we all get to an agreement?
