A rafsi isn't a tag, it's a bound morpheme. It's called an affix, but properly 
speaking that term applies only to some cmavo rafsi such as "sel".

A sumtcita is an adposition (all sumtcita in Lojban are prepositions). There 
are proper prepositions (all of selma'o BAI) and tense markers, which can 
also be used as prepositions. The word "modal" is misused in the Book; as a 
linguistic term, it means words like "ka'e".

"ziltau" isn't right. "zi'o" deletes one place of a selbri; it doesn't merge 
two together. I suggest "taurpau".
