1) Take your english name and insert as many spaces/.'s as it takes to make everything in it a valid lojban word, whether it parses or not.  If it's not anything at all like a lojban word, try mixing in your middle name/initial.
2) Post the results.
3) ???
4) Profit

For example.

Luke Bergen -> lu ke bergen -> [quote][start-grouping]north grammar


mu'o mi'e cribe
 
You just have a name that works for it. Min just won't cut the mustard.
