It has some problems that'll be far more work to fix after the fact
than they will to re-do.  In particular, xrefs and anchors are
basically broken.  Compare http://dag.github.com/cll/11/1/ to:

  the notion of abstraction may seem unmotivated at first. Bear with
  this difficulty until <xref linkend="wb_" />.</para>

and

  <programlisting>
  <anchor id="e1">1.1)</anchor>mi klama le zarci I go-to the

The problem is that there's no way to tell what chapter an anchor is in
or an xref is to.  The wb_ xref is particularily broken, but even
"e2" isn't at all sufficient.

Also, there are a bunch of <para>   <xref linkend="wb_" /> </para>
that appear to have nothing to do with anything at all.

What tool did you use to generate this stuff?  Perhaps I can merely
tweak instead of finding a different tool.
