"surdeistasu". I don't know what "melave malka" means, but it is valid Lojban.
I recognized "brisket" as a cut of meat, but had to look it up; it
means "bircutre'u". Go ahead and record him if you like.

Not sure where you got {surdeistasu} from.

"Melave malka" is a minor celebration/meal/whatever after the close of the Sabbath.
