[lojban] sorting error in cmavo_selmaho_order.txt

The following file:

  http://www.lojban.org/publications/wordlists/cmavo_selmaho_order.txt

Was most likely generated from this file:

  http://www.lojban.org/publications/wordlists/cmavo.txt

And it appears to have been naively sorted.  Specifically, the
header line that is the first line in cmavo.txt appears as line
538 in cmavo_selmaho_order.txt, between LUhU and MAI, presumably
because the second word in the header line is Lojban and and that
is where this line would appear in an ascii sort on that column.

I request this file be updated to restore this header line to the
top of the file.  Is it too late for that?
