It turns out to be a recording of a number of slow swooshing music pieces of the sort purported to improve our (some Greek letter) brain waves and thereby facilitate something or other, presumably learning in this case.  There is no instruction book to say how to insert Lojban into this mix as the target subject.  I can't help suspecting -- though I have not checked -- that this record, or something very like it, is offered by the same scammers for virtually any language you would care to name.

This question has been asked before, you could search the archives
to find it if you wish.

The concensus last time was that no one here is involved in the
project and it is likely a scam.
