Is it possible to do multiple-choice in Anki? If so, would it be horrendously difficult to make Anki decks to replace the Smart.fm lessons? If not, since "OpenLangLearn" looks likes it's in pre-development stage, is there anything available now that is similar we could use?

By this, do you mean the Smart.fm code, or the Lojban lessons? I'm very much hoping you mean the code, btw. :)
 
Except not that first one; lojban.org (which stores the sounds) was
