I commonly use nonce interjections in English that have no standard or defined meaning. Sometimes I will exclaim "MNAR!!!", which means nothing at all. Sometimes "HARRRR!!!" which can vary in definition and intent, sometimes "Ramamaramramarrraaaaaaa...." and so on. I think it's just a weird bullshit way to express yourself and there's no given convention. It's like sa'ei, but for how you feel. What does a duck running into a pole sound like? I'm not sure, but there's not a defined gismu/cmavo for it, so probably sa'ei would be good. Similarly, what sort of sound does one make to express that one has just had a day contrasting awful and good in rapid succession followed by a mediocre coffee date? I think it's an 'emotional onomatopoeia' marker.

Enjoy.
