Around 2008, I began writing Japanese Wikipedia and Wikibooks articles
on Lojban, and set up a tentative forum to see how people would pick
it up and if a more organized means of correspondence would be worth
providing. I eventually created a Google Group, "lojban-soudan" (lit.
"lojban-talk"), as mentioned by guskant above, in March 2010. The
group currently has 15 members, including selkik (although he said he
couldn't read Japanese).

I don't live in Japan, so I haven't been able to come along to the
small gatherings in Tokyo. I'm not directly involved in the CLL
translation, but I intend to help them with perceived quirks in the
English text (besides the errata).
