I think they should, usually. Sometimes a bridi doesn't work well as a title, 
just as some titles in English aren't noun phrases.

It may take two or three exchanges:
—lo xamgu ko li'i nicte
—ko pluka senva
—co'o
—co'o

Other similar questions:
For a name that takes various forms in different languages, what form is used 
by Lojbanists who want to name their child in Lojban? For instance, would 
they name him "io'an" or "ivan" or "ioxanan"?

How are companies named? A store may be named in English "Fred's Sewing 
Notions". In Lojban would that be "la fred. poi fenzaisle"?
