"mu'o" is in COI, so it will normally be followed by the name of the
person you are talking to or by another COI, as in "mu'o mi'e". It
doesn't matter much in a written context, but in a radio context where
you are taking turns to talk, if you just end with "mu'o" your
interlocutor can't be completely certain that you have already
finished (with an elided "do'u"), or whether you will still be saying
a name, so "mu'o do'u" would be safer.

To the best of my recollection, the only person who signs with "mi'e <name> mu'o" is la.stelas., and I remember commenting that seemed very odd to me, in the same way that
