ko is not inherently singular, in the same way that English "you" isn't. (In the old days, "you" was plural, and "thou" was singular, but "thou" fell out of use.

None of the pro-sumti are inherently singular or plural. do is "the listener(s)", mi is "the speaker(s)", etc.

I am sure it's in the CLL or L4B or maybe even this archives of this group but tcesteba if I can find how to say the multiple Person equivalent of "ko".  For example, I can say, "ko klama le xotli" to say, "Make it so You go to the hotel" or "Go to the hotel".  However, how would I say, "Let's go to the hotel"?  I suppose in this case I am saying, "Make it so You and I go to the hotel".  If it is in CLL or L4B or the archives, by all means, say so and I'll go look again.  (And I apologize in advance if I have just completely missed it.)
