After a bit of trial, I did find http://www.ithkuil.net/ilaksh/ works, and from here I found it's actually http://www.ithkuil.net/ilaksh/Ilaksh_Intro.html

Don't you just love case sensitive web pages?

It's still there but the "i" in "ilaksh" is lowercase.

Nope. I just tried http://www.ithkuil.net/Ilaksh/Ilaksh_intro.html, http://www.ithkuil.net/Ilaksh/ilaksh_intro.html, http://www.ithkuil.net/ilaksh/Ilaksh_intro.html, and http://www.ithkuil.net/ilaksh/ilaksh_intro.html, and all gave 404.
