Do you mean a literal infinitesimal, like in nonstandard analysis? Or just a number that we intuitively consider to be small but finite, like in standard analysis?

The symbol "epsilon" is sometimes used in math to represent an arbitrarily small number. Is there a number word in lojban that means something similar? Is "so'u" such a word?
