Does anyone have (unofficial) suggestions for modifications?
I think a jbocre should be the first judge.
I think that rules should be kept short (as a stylistic issue) and that a (non authoritative) English gloss should be provided.
I think that (this not being xedbig), stylistic and grammatical comments on the lojban should be encouraged (provided they don't devolve to jbodau).
Anything else?
