Lojban allows to distinguish between them:

"ro (lo rupnu ku) poi nenri lo mi daski cu broda" vs "ro (lo rupnu poi
nenri lo mi daski) cu broda".

In English you can say "any dollars in my pocket" to make sure the
first one is understood. I would say "every dollar in my pocket" and
"each dollar in my pocket" are somewhat ambiguous, and "all the
dollars in my pocket" and "each of the dollars in my pocket" are the
ones that most strongly suggest that there are dollars in my pocket.

Lojban only has "ro" to cover the several distinctions English makes
between any/every/all/each, but it can still distinguish between "each
dollar" and "each of the dollars".
