We're still nailing down the hotel; this is not a problem as we have
3 good candidates, we just haven't picked one yet.

For plane tickets, all of SFO, SJC and OAK airports are fine, in
that order of preference.

Most stuff will be happening Saturday 2 Jul 2011 and Sunday 3 Jul
2011.

What exactly that stuff *is* is still vague.  :)
