Yes. The answer has been NO even in times when all sorts of easy money was flowing; nowadays they probably wouldn't even bother to write back. Computers offer the nearest thing to a practical use for Lojban and all computer linguistic activity (such as there is)is directed down different channels, with too much invested to change paths.

I read about Loccan, the ideas are interesting but, they lack the most important ingredient that is the will to go along.
Just curious, have you (everyone here) tried getting support and funding from any large institution? Google, Microsoft or NASA maybe? to fund a Lojban 2 or <enter_logical_language_name_here> project? Or even linguistic support from any university to start working on a complete overhaul of Lojban? Maybe I'm being a bit optimistic, yes? no?
