I would say:
lo bavla'i lurdei (ja najdei) is the next Monday;
lo bavlamjeftu lurdei is the Monday of next week, which is the same as next
Monday except on Sunday;
lo cabjeftu ri'odje (ja jaudje) is the same as next Wednesday on Sunday
through Tuesday, last Wednesday on Thursday through Saturday, and this
Wednesday (or today) on Wednesday;
lo cabna jaudje doesn't refer to anything except on Wednesday;
lo remoi balvi jaudje is the Wednesday after next.
