Registration already has a captcha:
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-register.php

If you want to figure out how to substitute ReCaptcha instead, be my
guest; I don't really have the time/energy.  I doubt it would make
any significant difference.

One of the more recent human-sentence captchas might, but see above.
We only get spammed like once a month; it's really not worth my time
to figure out how to get the code in place properly.  If someone
else wants to, great; happy to give you an account.
