You should read more about TiddlyWiki. I can't give you a link cuz TiddlyWiki is too popular so just google "TiddlyWiki" and you'll see.
The shortest answer is that when you press the "edit" button on the right side of "sisku" title the underlying code of "sisku" macro appears.
It's obviously in pure html and _javascript_. 

After applying changes press "done" or  "Ctrl+enter" (or "cmd+enter") to test them.

In order to save changes in the file you should operate a copy downloaded from 
http://fricukt.tiddlyspot.com/ website to your local pc.
Also a java (not _javascript_) file should be placed in the same folder next to fricukt.html
It's called TiddlySaver.jar (google it)
You should allow java run on fricukt.html page.

For applying changes locally press "backstage" in the upper right corner and than "save" item in the top menu.
