"cipnralbatrosa" (one 's') is presumably the well known "Ralbatross test".

To make a type-3 fu'ivla from a word that begins with a vowel you need
to prepend a x- (or any other consonant, but x- is the usual one), so:
"cipnrxalbatrosi". (The final -i from the end of cipni, but -a is fine
too.)

".albatro" or ".albatrosa" also work as fu'ivla.
