[lojban] evidence, jarco, jinvi

When I find myself wanting to talk about evidence for something,
like "The blue stain shows that he's a mentat", I find myself
reaching for jarco, which is pretty inadequate.

I think the 4th place if jinvi is perfect for this, though, and
perhaps someone could throw a note to that effect in the jbovlaste
entry for jarco and/or on
