I have not read the full context of this thread, but I will address what I expect is the issue.
x2 is a property or event that is regular/recurring in time with an interval/property x3 x1 is likely a sumti raised from abstraction x2, and like many other raised-sumti places among the gismu, it exists because of natlang colloquial usage, e.g. "I am regular about checking email every day" (not really, of course %^) and "The moon is regular in revolving around the earth"
