[lojban] It's time to create a brivla for the web

Hi,

Considering that the internet is one of the things we discuss most

in Lojban (second only to grammar and semantics), it's remarkable

that we still have no brivla meaning "the web".

After some discussion on IRC, here's a proposal:

I suggest we define the fu'ivla {uebre} for "the web", with the same

place structure as {kibro} (i.e. "x1 pertains to the web in aspect x2").

(I expect it to be used mostly as a seltau, e.g. {uebre sampla}, etc.)

Thoughts? Better suggestions?
