Re: [lojban] vowel and stress

I used to use AllChars, but it hasn't been indevelopment since '09 and it has the minor annoyance that if you, for example, have Caps Lock as your compose key, accidentally press it, and press it again to turn it off, it toggles Caps Lock. I'll check this one out.

There's a slightly more annoying workaround: add the Spanish keyboard layout. Doing so will give you the "acute accent modifier key" which will cause the next letter to have an acute accent, if that letter supports it (all vowels do, of course).
