I think what he is saying is that we need a lojban dictionary that does not only list the translations of words, but also explains in Lojban what these words mean or do. This is obviously a very good idea, but it's something that takes a lot of work and time. I believe that it will naturally come one day as a sideeffect of Lojban's growth.

  I would recommend it as complementary to lojban.

  We may find a stray words in somewhere, for example what is meant by
EEG

not necessarily all the words but many of them.
