If their vocal tract has not yet descended and they're making sounds that only
babies can, that's cooing, or nu cmoni. If their vocal tract has descended and
they're making consonants and vowels but not meaningful words, that's
babbling, or nu norbacru. I think there should be a more specific word for
babies cooing, though.
