OK, *completely* new spam procedure, ignore everything I said
before.  Note that this is a list that should be performed in this
order.

1.  Go to http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-lastchanges.php and find
the usernames and IPs causing the trouble.

2.  Use the banning interface at
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-admin_banning.php to ban the
usernames and, if consistent, the IPs.

3.  If OLD pages were modified, go to the page, click on "History"
at the bottom, and click the "b" button for an appropriate unspammed
version in the Action column to rollback to that version.

4.  If NEW pages were created, email me with the userids; I now have
a script for that purpose.
