In English, to get my thoughts down quickly as my battery dies:
Don't we have enough "web site" words already? Do we have a web domain word? Are there nuances between the three words I've found that make them somehow important? ({se samci'ejudri} seems useful for actually having a URL, but that brings up the usefulness of {judrysni})
All in all, I dislike how there's a few mane things: URL, website, domain And there's at least 5-10 words related to them, and they all have extremely varying roots. How unofficial is kibro, and can we just make a few very good words off of it? We already have a good few, but what is there for web domain? Section of a web site could be useful but is easily derived from fendi/terfendi given a good word for domain.
And I still really dislike the many-words-for-website issue, of which only one has URL as a place and two seem equal while having different enough definitions to make me wonder. Why can't one of them (preferably the one with the {kibro} root) have many places, including web page, URL, and domain
And in reading over all of this, I suddenly realize that part of my confusion lies in "site" being used in the definitions for what I would call "domain" as well as there being two ways of referring to any given internet thing -- the URL and the name associated with it. Perhaps the more experienced lojbanists could tell me how they've been dealing with the confusion -- I've only just recently started trying to talk about the Internet in Lojban, and it's been a struggle.
