Ban him? He's an enthusiastic supporter of Lojban, and you want to ban him? 
He's a particularly slow learner is all. If you don't want to help him or even read his posts, fine; ignore him. But he harms no-one, and he's TRYING!

Obviously, he hasn't learned English. That's the whole problem.

Exactly. If a spam bot can be mre understandable, he obviously hasn't learned English. And apparently whatever automatic translator he's using is worse than the norm, as well.

Unfortunately, its not possible now. But who knows, may be one day well see his translation of the CLL and vlaste to Arabic.
