It would be my pleasure. I'll provide AI and SVG formats. My week is
packed, other than Independence Day since it's a holiday here in the
States. So I hope to get it to you on that day. I've made a calendar
reminder to do so.

(Seems like put it as an attachment on the wiki a long time ago. I'm
not sure. But I'll look into it.)
