[lojban] Current situation with experimental gismu

There is a number of new proposals of new gismu.

Lindar needed "rotate" gismu for one of his projects.

Tatoeba has sentences that can start with "I was gonna" that can't be translated using {.ai}

Should we wait until Robin finishes CLL 1.1 or perform some actions now? (in this case I can prepare extracts from dictionaries of major world languages on a given term).
