I don't know which of the many messages contains the point I'm replying to, so 
here goes:

"carna", as it stands now, does not imply a continuous rotation. If I am 
standing, and I turn 60 degrees on my vertical axis to face the door, I 
carna, just as much as the hard drive in my computer cu carna. But "carna" 
does not have a place for the orientation when the rotation is finished, 
which is why we need a new word.
