Perhaps a better definition would be:

x1 rotates by the x2 hand rule, thumb pointing at x3.

...or some variation on that wording.

That way it could be {.i le xislu ku gutni le pritu ku mi vau}.

The wheel is spinning according to the right-hand rule (anti-clockwise) by my perspective.

Just a thought, and probably not a good one.
