To play devil's advocate, I think an unquantified sumti is pretty much what we want.

However, we don't have "which", so we don't really have "any".

"Which sandwich do you want?"

"Any sandwhich is fine."

In Lojban I wouldn't say it that way.

{.i ko cuxna fi loi snuji} or summat.

Whatever... I'm out of opinions/suggestions.
