This doesn't quite make sense, as shift is not a character, but "me'o tau" 
without a following BY or BU is ungrammatical.

I'd use "carcyxru bu" for carriage return and "linji bu" for line feed, or 
something like that. The enter key produces a carriage return, but it's 
translated to a line feed by termcap (or something). Take your pick on which 
to call the enter key.
