[lojban] slasi je mlatu bo cidja lante gacri

This phrase occurs in http://dag.github.com/cll/7/5/. I think it means a cover 
for a can containing something which is both plastic and cat food, which got 
me laughing. (Actually I thought of a plastic cat, before I saw "bo".) I think 
it's supposed to mean a plastic cover for a can of cat food. Would that be 
"mlatu cidja lante ke slasi gacri"?
