This wikibook seems to be effectively a great work, thank you for sharing the link! ♪ For what I saw, it has been authored by a certain "Ctuca", who wrote it between 2008-2009. I suspect (s)he may also be the author of most of the content of the Japanese version of the Wikipedia article about Lojban (namely: http://ja.wikipedia.org /wiki/ロジバン), because there is similar tables therein.
