[lojban] A bit hard to translate

"A Feistel cipher is a block cipher in which the block is split into halves,
each of which is alternately reversibly combined with a function of the other
and the key." I can translate parts of it, such as "faistl. zei termifra" or
"me la .faistl. termifra" or "te mifrfaistle", but I'm not sure how to say the
whole thing.
