"selmifygau" means "decipher", which is not the same as "break". If you break 
a cipher, you find out what the plaintext or the key is without being told 
them, or you find out the key given the ciphertext and plaintext, or you find 
something about the cipher which makes it easier to find the key or plaintext 
without being told them.
