I suggest "spije". I didn't run the algorithm, just looked up "rash" in
Wiktionary and ran the Russian and Chinese words together because they sound
like they fit.

rash = (medicine) An area of reddened, irritated, and inflamed skin.

va'i it's a particular case of inflammation (inflammation in the skin). So i suggest creating a word for inflammation and then have lujvo (e.g. {skapi zei inflamati})
