Still capitals have to be included anyway.

To input normal text in lojban of course. It's standard lojban. And space is a symbol.

The comma is offically part of the alphabet.
If you consider it optional then so are capitals
- however, you're not talking about standard lojban then.

who agrees that the only reasonable answer to this troll question
is "two" for binary or even "one" for unary coded text.
