and pasting the name of your file in [[File: ..... . jpg]] format.
Some features are not working. And won't work as the extension is quite old there are no other good forum extensions for mediawiki.
You can see some lojbanists already adding topic there.

You need to be registered on LMW to open new threads and add replies. Quoting previous messages is possible (there is a toolbar near each post).
