I would assume it's like ZAhO, that is, {broda nau ko'a} == {nau broda ca ko'a}, i.e. "broda at the time of this utterance which by the way is ko'a."

Either that, or gleki's, formalized as {nau ko'a} -> {ca lo nu cusku dei kei no'u ko'a}. Since {nau} can be thought of as {ca lo nu cusku dei}, I think that the ZAhO interpretation is a little odd, as if we fully expand, we get {broda nau ko'a} -> {nau broda ca ko'a} -> {ca lo nu cusku dei cu broda ca ko'a}, and I'm not too sure what to think of that.
