40% or thereabouts in brivla, never less than 50% in cmavo, so, names aside, a figure just less than 50% is surprising only in being low.

There is an updated word frequency list http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-download_wiki_attachment.php?attId=935

you can use that to count letter frequencies.
